Announcement: Extended Deadline for Late-Breaking Abstracts
We are pleased to inform you that the deadline for submission of late-breaking abstracts for the EUROSON 2026 Congress has been extended.
The new submission deadline is March 22, 2026.
This extension provides additional time for researchers and clinicians to submit their latest findings and contribute to the scientific program of the congress.
We encourage all interested participants to take advantage of this opportunity and submit their abstracts before the extended deadline.
EUROSON 2026 Abstract Submission Guidelines
EUROSON 2026 accepts scientific abstracts only. Presentation is intended for hypothesis-driven research contributing new insights into the field of medical ultrasound. Submissions should demonstrate a clear research methodology, results, and conclusions. Accepted abstracts may be selected for:
- Oral Presentation
- Digital Poster Presentation
Each abstract is evaluated based on clarity, scientific merit, originality, and its contribution to the conference objectives.
Submission Guidelines:
1. Language - all abstracts must be submitted in English.
2. Abstracts can be submitted in the following categories:
- Abdomen and transplant
- Breast
- Musculoskeletal
- Emergency
- Pediatric Ultrasound
- Urogenital
- Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Interventional Ultrasound
- Head & Neck
- Doppler & Vascular Imaging
- Advanced Technologies
- Education & Training
- Technical developments
- Others
3. Abstract Structure
Abstracts must follow this structured format:
- Introduction
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusion
- Key Words (up to 5)
Case reports abstracts submitted to the STUDENT SESSION should be fully placed in the "Results" section of the abstract submission form.
4. Word Limit
The abstract body is limited to 300 words (excluding title, authors, affiliations, and keywords).
5. The same abstract cannot be submitted more than once.
6. Submission Timeline
- Abstract Submission Opens: comming soon
- Submission Deadline: March 22, 2026
- Notification of Acceptance/Rejection: Mid-April 2026
7. Case reports and educational abstracts will not be accepted.
