Abstract guidelines
EUROSON 2026 Abstract Submission Guidelines
EUROSON 2026 accepts scientific abstracts only. Presentation is intended for hypothesis-driven research contributing new insights into the field of medical ultrasound. Submissions should demonstrate a clear research methodology, results, and conclusions. Accepted abstracts may be selected for:
- Oral Presentation
- Digital Poster Presentation
Each abstract is evaluated based on clarity, scientific merit, originality, and its contribution to the conference objectives.
Submission Guidelines:
1. Language - all abstracts must be submitted in English.
2. Abstract Structure
Abstracts must follow this structured format:
- Introduction
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusion
- Key Words (up to 5)
3. Word Limit
The abstract body is limited to 300 words (excluding title, authors, affiliations, and keywords).
4. The same abstract cannot be submitted more than once.
5. Submission Timeline
- Abstract Submission Opens: comming soon
- Submission Deadline: February 15th 2026
- Notification of Acceptance/Rejection: Early March 2026
6. Case reports and educational abstracts will not be accepted.
